New Commit Plus Overage Feature in SuiteBilling

New Make Copy Function in Billing Accounts
You can use a new SuiteBilling feature, Make Copy, to make a copy of a billing account. Clicking the Make
Copy button in a billing account record creates a new billing account record that opens in the create
mode with most fields sourced and automatically filled from the original record. You can change many of these fields to adapt the new record to business needs.

Customize a Subscription Pricing Sublist
The pricing tab is more flexible so that you can now customize the layout of its standard sublist fields. After clicking the customize screen to put the pricing tab in edit mode, you can change the display order and the name of the label for standard columns. You can also show and hide specific fields in the sublist. The line number, quantity, and discount sublist fields cannot be hidden.
Subscription Item Line Location Sources
In NetSuite 2023.1 and earlier, when you run bulk processing through billing operations to create invoices, the location at the line level has been sourced from the location on the employee record that ran the billing operation. In NetSuite2023.2, the location at the invoice line level can also be sourced from the lines on the subscription record.
Canada Sales Tax Reports SuiteApp Update
The latest version of the Canada Sales Tax Reports SuiteApp, version 1.0.4, was released March 14, 2023. This version adds a button on the GST34 Worksheet report, which enables viewing General Ledger directly from the report.
