Global Search Enhancements
The Menu Search feature in global search includes search results from the Navigation Menu. The feature now has the following enhancements:
- Search results from the Menu Search feature appear in a Current Page Results section.
- Searches using the Menu Search feature include all fields, tabs, and subtabs on the current NetSuite form.
- To view Current Page Results without using the global search, press Alt+Shift+G.
- To view the complete list of results, click Show [N] more results. For more information, see the help topic Menu Search.
CKEditor Library Update
The CKEditor library used in NetSuite has been updated to version 5. CKEditor is a third-party library used for rich text editing in NetSuite (for example, in advanced PDF/HTML templates).
Change
When using CKEditor, follow the guidelines described on the CKEditor website.
New Preference to Display Inline Editor Sublist Tooltip
When editing an inline sublist, tooltips with the column name appear when you point to a cell. You can now enable or disable these tooltips by checking or clearing the Sublist Column Name Tooltip box which is located on the Appearance subtab at Home > Set Preferences.
